Telangana IT & Industries Minister K Taraka Ramarao on Wednesday inaugurated a Retrofitting center on the premises of Tech Mahindra in Madhapur, Hyderabad. Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC), in technical cooperation with the Indo-German Environment Partnership Cell (IGEP), of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, has setup this Center and launched the Retro-fitting Programme for Information Technology Parks in Cyberabad Zone. Government to set up India’s biggest Incubator in the city soon to encourage ideas among students. Stating that software exports from Hyderabad increased 15 per cent last year touching Rs. 56,000 crore and the city will remain the growth engine. The IT Minister K.T. Rama Rao, rued the lack of entrepreneurial culture among students in the State and said the government would encourage students with ideas by setting up India’s biggest Incubator in the city within six months.
