Telangana MSOs Threaten Boycott of TV9 & ABN

The shocking derogatory language used by TV9 against Telangana legislators continue to cause ripples in Telangana with people unable to digest the attack their newly formed State came under. Telangana State MSO president Subhash Reddy stated that the telecast of TV9 and ABN Andhra Jyothi channels in Telangana will be stopped and this may come into force immediately. There are widespread demonstrations and protests across Telangana against the Andhra channels and newspapers which either abuse or altogether ignore the Telangana State Govt. and Assembly.

The Telangana legislature unanimously resolved to punish TV9 for it’s derogatory language against the MLAs/MLCs and gave all powers to the speakers of both houses to take necessary actions against the channel.
