NIMS Bibinagar To Be Inaugurated On August 15th

The NIMS Bibinagar campus is opening this August 15th. Efforts are on war-footing to start the out-patient service on the independence day and get the prestigious medical facility functioning. In the subsequent 2nd and 3rd phases, 300 beds and 700 beds would be made available at the hospital. The 1000 bed campus is at Rangapur in Bibinagar and would be made fully functional with all beds and critical and emergency care by end of the year. Telangana Government put pressure on NIMS to take the campus works on priority and NIMS has resumed work on the campus, soon after Telangana formation, and is completing pending electrical and civic works. Telangana Employees To Submit Their Objections To Kamalanathan Committee Today

Telangana Employee Unions and JACs are meeting today to discuss and finalize their concerns over the guidelines issued by Kamalanathan Committee. They will submitting their list of concerns and objections today evening to the committee.The deadline for any feedback and objections for the guidelines is tomorrow evening. The report is going to stress amending section 18(f) of the guidelines, which stipulates that wherever the number of Telangana employees is less than the number of allocated posts, such vacancies may be filled by Seemandhra employees. As of now, a majority of higher-level posts are filled with employees hailing from Andhra Pradesh, which means Telangana is obviously in minority, much below it’s fair share. 18(f) instead of rectifying the discrimination against Telangana, consolidates it. 73,306 Registered Firms In Telangana & 19,673 In AP

The Registrar of Companies (RoC) is reported to have announced that AP has only 19,673 registered firms as against 73,306 in Telangana. The RoC also said that not many companies are now transferring base from TS to AP as Inter State transfer came into effect and the transfer process is now complex. In the two months after Parliament passed the Bill and before the Appointed Day, around 700 firms had shifted base to AP. According to latest figures of the Registrar of Companies, in June, post bifurcation, around 211 new companies with Rs 36.74 crore authorised capital were registered in AP and 177 with Rs 10.96 crore authorized capital in Telangana. Kashyap Parupalli First Male Shuttler In 32 Years To Win Gold At CWG

Telangana State’s Aug 15 Celebrations In Golconda Fort

Telangana State is gearing up for huge celebrations of August 15, it’s maiden Independence day celebrations, from Golkonda fort, the Deccan India’s largest fort. The CM directed the DGP and Chief Secretary to look at options around the Fort and start preparations. The regular practice of marking the day in Parade Grounds is given a skip this year as this is the 1st major national day celebrated by Telangana State. Already the cultural department is preparing several floats and tableaus reflecting the historical and cultural heritage of Telangana. Several programs are being designed to reflect Telangana culture and society on August 15th.
