Union cabinet meeting on 25th Nov to discuss draft Telangana bill?

The momentum of Telangana bill is slowly shifting towards the union cabinet, which reports from Delhi suggest, would meet in the evening of 25th Nov, 2 days earlier than what earlier reports suggested. GoM too seems to be planning to finalize it’s recommendations on 25th itself and send them to cabinet. While Congress does not seem to publicly admit it is in a hurry, it looks like they have decided not to take any chance with the bill now, with the fast approaching winter session. If indeed the cabinet meets on 25th and sends the bill to President, he may immediately refer it to AP assembly and as yesterday’s media reports from Delhi suggested, the bill could be tabled on 10th Dec in Parliament after giving 2 weeks time for AP assembly from 25th Nov to 10th Dec.
