The momentum of Telangana bill is slowly shifting towards the union cabinet, which reports from Delhi suggest, would meet in the evening of 25th Nov, 2 days earlier than what earlier reports suggested. GoM too seems to be planning to finalize it’s recommendations on 25th itself and send them to cabinet. While Congress does not seem to publicly admit it is in a hurry, it looks like they have decided not to take any chance with the bill now, with the fast approaching winter session.
