Chandrababu Naidu who created a national hype during his tenure as CM of AP is now a laughing stock in Delhi thanks to his doublespeak on Telangana. Notwithstanding his clever acts like referring Italian words for Sonia, he got a terrible coverage from national media which highlighted how even now, at the peak of Telangana turmoil in AP, he wont clearly say whether he supports or opposes the demerger of Telangana! The way Ex-DGP Dinesh Reddy attacked and exposed CM Kiran Kumar Reddy is unheard of in the history of AP politics. So the attack normally gives rise to speculation that the CM’s inner coterie, of which the ex-DGP was a part of, lost faith in him. Is that because the CM is on his way out and that President’s rule is around the corner? Only a few days ago, Minister E Pratap Reddy, the Ex-DGP’s brother-in-law too resigned from Kiran Reddy’s cabinet. That further adds to the speculation.
