Yet another feather has been added to Hyderabad, the home of many a prestigious institutions of higher learning. The Mahindra group has partnered with Ecole Centrale Paris, the famous 200-year-old engineering education institute of France and launched the Mahindra Ecole Centrale (MEC) Engineering College in the outskirts of Hyderabad, at Bahadurpally Jeedimetla. The college began with its first batch of 240 students. The college admits through JEE rankings and a counseling session.
