Cyberabad Court Directs Police To File FIR Against TV9 Ravi Prakash

TV9 Bullet News TelanganaThe 2nd Metropolitan Magistrate Of Cyberabad directed the LB Nagar Police to file a case against TV9 boss Ravi Prakash for the infamous Bullet News episode which used filthy language against Telangana legislature. On a petition file by a local lawyer S Janaradhan Goud, the court directed FIR to be registered under sections 504, 506 of IPC and under relevant sections 4A, 6 of Cable and Network Act.
