Telangana Chief Minister KCR on Tuesday assured that his government would introduce a first-of-kind industrial policy with international standards wherein investors would be able to start their businesses in Telangana in shortest possible time in the country. Interacting with the industrialists associated with FICCI, CII, FAPCCI and other industry bodies here, KCR said that the new policy, to be unveiled in next month, would be very friendly to industries. The Chasing Cell of CMO would ensure clearances of all business proposals through single-window system, which otherwise would take about two to three years with over 24 to 30 different clearances required. Telangana To Host A Mega Industrialists’ Summit On July 22nd

Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will host a mega industrialists’ meet on July 22 in the city to devise a ‘zero corruption industrial policy’ for Telangana state. Invitations have been sent to nearly 50 industry bodies and industrialists across India for the meeting, though the Telangana government is yet to receive confirmation from top corporate houses on their participation. Invitations were sent to national industry bodies like FICCI, CII, Assocham, and Nasscom etc., besides heads of top corporate firms like Tata, Reliance, Godrej, Micr-osoft India, Infosys, Wipro, Mahindra, ITC and Hero MotoCorp.
