‘Impose Prez Rule & Make Babu Telangana Ruler!’

Telangana Congress MP, V Hanumantha Rao lashed out at the Centre’s moves to handover law & order powers to Governor and make TS Govt spectators in it’s own capital. He asked to Centre to straightaway impose President’s rule in Telangana and make AP CM Chandrababu Naidu the ruler of the State, instead of going through all this pain to make TS Govt toothless by taking away it’s power.

He accused Union Minister M Venkaiah Naidu and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu of hatching the conspiracy to impose Governor’s rule in Hyderabad and rule the city by proxy. He said the AP CM is unable to digest his debacle in Telangana and is trying to create problems here by vitiating the atmosphere. He expressed concern that there could be violence if the powers are handed over to the Governor. He demanded the Centre should withdraw its unilateral and unconstitutional decision or it would, along with AP leadership, would be responsible for any escalation in tensions in Telangana.
