Did JP contribute to Chandrababu’s latest letter to the PM?

JP LOKSATTA CHANDRABABU NAIDUAnyone who read Chandrababu Naidu’s latest letter to PM must be wondering how similar the points and language used in it are with Loksatta JP’s oft-repeated statements. Naidu’s letter focuses on ‘federalism’, JP’s pet aspect when it comes to criticizing center’s Telangana decision. JP keeps insisting that the decision made by Center to bifurcate AP before the State’s assembly resolution is in violation of India’s ‘federalism’ and Naidu’s letter made the same point. Naidu’s letter also quotes JP’S favorite one from Vallabhai Patel – “It will be a folly to ignore realities; facts take their revenge if they are faced squarely and well”. Originally the quote was made in Loksatta’s report submitted to Sri Krishna Committee! Since then, JP quoted that multiple times, including State assembly. That is all the more reason for thinking that JP must have wrote Naidu’ letter. After all, in a popular TV interview program with a pro-TDP channel, he did mention earlier that Naidu called him and took his advice on a political issue. So did TDP and Loksatta start working together preparing for the next election? We have to wait for a public announcement.
