తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఎంతో ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా ప్రారంభించిన భూమిలేని నిరుపేద దళిత వ్యవసాయ ఆధారిత కుటుంబం పథకం పలు రాష్ర్టాలను ఆకర్షిస్తున్నది. ఈ పథకం తీరుతెన్నులపై పలు రాష్ర్టాలు ఆసక్తిగా వాకబు చేస్తున్నాయి. రాష్ట్రంలోని భూమిలేని నిరుపేద దళిత కుటుంబాలకు మూడు ఎకరాల వ్యవసాయ సాగుయోగ్యమైన భూమిని ఇస్తామని టీఆర్‌ఎస్ పార్టీ ఎన్నికల మేనిఫెస్టోలో వాగ్దానం చేసింది.ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన రెండు నెలల్లోపే ఈ హామీని అమల్లోకి తెచ్చేందుకు కార్యాచరణను సిద్ధం చేసి శుక్రవారం (ఆగస్టు 15న) ఈ పథకాన్ని లాంఛనంగా ప్రారంభించింది. భూమి ఇవ్వడం మాత్రమే కాకుండా నీటి వనరుల కల్పన, ఏడాదిపాటు ఖర్చులన్నీ భరించడంవంటి అంశాలు వివిధ రాష్ర్టాల రాజకీయ వర్గాలను బాగా ఆకట్టుకుంటున్నాయి. ఈ పథకాన్ని ఎవరికి వర్తింపచేయాలి? ఎలా వర్తింపచేయాలి? సాధ్యాసాధ్యాలు ఏ మేరకున్నాయి? అన్న విషయాలన్నీ ముందే సంపూర్ణంగా ఆకళింపు చేసుకుని ప్రభుత్వం ఈ పథకాన్ని ప్రారంభించింది.ఆ క్రమంలో ఎస్సీ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ శాఖ జీవో నెంబర్ 1, మార్గదర్శకాల జీవోను విడుదల చేసింది. ఈ జీవోలో ఉన్న అంశాలను గతంలో ఏ రాష్ట్రంలోనూ వర్తింపచేయకపోవడం గమనార్హం. ఈ నేపథ్యంలోనే తెలంగాణలో జరుగుతున్న భూ పంపిణీపై ...

CM KCR spoke at length about State’s welfare schemes at the I-Day fete at Golconda. Chief Minister KCR criticized the opposition parties for raising a hue and cry on the Intensive Household Survey to be conducted on Aug 19. Addressing the gathering at Golconda fort after unfurling Tricolor for the first time, the Chief Minister criticized that some bad elements are coming in the way of the survey aimed to implement welfare schemes avoiding misuse of funds. There is no need of doubt or confusion in this regard, he said.
