Where is KVP?

Rajya Sabha member KVP Ramachandra Rao is missing in action while the demerger issue is literally burning AP. So where is he? He continues to be close to YSRCP and Congress High Command. In view of the talk about Congress and YSRCP’s secret deal and Jagan’s release from jail, KVP’s absence from spotlight fuels more speculation! Is he avoiding coming out not to face any questions on his role?
