The Telangana state government is all set to finalize the state’s official symbols this week. Tree, bird, animal and flower symbols which have cultural, traditional and historical significance in Telangana were being scouted and proposals have been sent now to the CM. While the Telangana State will be a reality on June 2, the officials working on the governmental facilities for it are perplexed about the State emblem to be displayed for the State of Telangana. The existing emblem for AP would be retained for Andhra Pradesh. The Telangana State is expected to get its separate icons and emblem after the Appointed Day.
