Former Chariman & Managing Director, Coal India Limited S Narsing Rao is formally posted as Principal Secretary to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao on Thursday, as per GO 96. The centre has accepted the resignation of S Narsing Rao from the post of Chairman and Managing Director of Coal India (CIL) on June 24. Rao took over as Chairman of CIL, in April, 2012.
