Venkaiah Naidu has said the centre can not intervene in the fee reimbursement issues of Telangana and asked AP Govt. to sit with Telangana Govt. and resolve the issue. “That’s the way the governments function in a democracy,” the Union Minister said addressing a press conference in Hyderabad.
