Actor Nagarjuna got relief from any further action against his N Convention Center in Madhapur, Hyderabad. Hyderabad High Court granted stay, as per his plea, on any further action GHMC maybe contemplating against the Centre which is deemed to have encroached upon more than 3 acres of an adjoining lake. Nagarjuna leased the Centre and the leaseholder too filed a lunch motion petition in HC on Monday. He filed  a case in the High Court against GHMC authorities for fixing the FTL of the Tammidi Kunta lake abutting his N Convention Centre, without issuing a notice to the promoters of the Center.
