The Telangana industrial infrastructure Corporation (TIIC) is in the process of establishing a ‘Foundry Cluster Park in over 170 acres in Nawabpet village of Shivampet Mandal of Medak district. Addressing the gathering after inaugurating ‘Sourecon 2014′, Regional Conference of Southern India Foundrymen organised by the Institute of Indian Foundrymen here, Telangana state Industries Department Principal Secretary Pradeep Chandra said the land alienation proposals are in an advanced stage for the park and expressed confidence that this Foundry Park will become functional withing this year.
