The way Congress went ahead and introduced the Telangana Bill in Parliament in the din and violence planned by Seemandhra MPs showed that it didn’t play by the conditions laid by BJP. The BJP under the influence of it’s new found ally TDP was asking for ‘order’ in Parliament while the bill is placed. This is a ridiculous condition only laid down to halt the introduction in the first place. Every controversial piece of legislation has opposition while it is tabled.
