Electoral alliance between Bharatiya Janata Party and the Telugu Desam in both Telangana and Seemandhra regions is almost certain. This message was reportedly conveyed to a senior State BJP leader by Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha, Arun Jaitely during the visit to the city here on Tuesday.
