Seemandhra MPs end their ‘no-confidence’ drama

After fooling everyone in Seemandhra that they are out to pull down the UPA Govt and triggering wild speculation in media on how BJP may back it, the Seemnadhra Congress MPs have silently withdrawn their no confidence notice on Tuesday. Speaking to the media, Lagadapati Raja Gopal and Sabbam Hari bluffed that they have taken back the notice as part of their ongoing strategy.

It is evident that 6 Seemandhra Congress MPs Rayapati Samba Siva Rao, Sabbam Hari, Undavalli Arun Kumar, A. Sai Pratap, Lagadapati Raja Gopal and G.V. Harsha Kumar signed the notice. The other 13 Seemandhra Congress MPs didn’t join this drama and didn’t give their consent to the notice.

In the beginning, these 6 MPs claimed they will resign; later, they claimed to change their mind to moving a no-confidence motion in the Loksabha. But now the notice too has been withdrawn as the attention is diverted to State Assembly in view of the discussion over bill.
