Joint Convener of the United Andhra Joint Action Committee Ranganayakulu has alleged that the creation of Telangana State will be a stumbling block for the supply of drinking water from Krishna River to Chennai. Telangana will hamper the supply of water from the Krishna River to the Seemandhra region, which in turn will hit the drinking water supply to Chennai, he said.
