The government is set to introduce the bill for formation of Telangana state on Wednesday, amid clear indications that Congress and BJP were nearing an agreement on the contours of the Seemandhra package. With this in mind, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh invited BJP leaders for a dinner meeting on Monday night.
