Congress has carefully leaked into media that GoM is examining the RayalaTelangana proposal. The GoM itself was constituted as per Cabinet’s approval for carving out Telangana and not RayalaTelangana. However, it’s terms of reference didn’t mention the number of districts unlike the CWC resolution which stated a 10 district Telangana. This has given the GoM the leeway to propose several ideas, one which according to the PTI report is a RayalaTelangana proposal. TRS called for a bandh on 5th Dec and Telangana is getting into agitation mode again to fight this proposal getting finalized into the AP Reorganization Bill.
