The  Government of Telangana has constituted a Committee with the Chief Secretary to Government as chairman and  seven other officers as members to examine the issue of regularization of the services of the Contract personnel working in Government Departments and other Institutions under the control of the State Government, with reference to provisions of the A.P. Act 2 of 1994, State and Subordinate Service Rules, Special Rules and judicial pronouncements on the subject.
