Ministry Of Corporate Affairs (MCA) revised CIN Number of Companies registered in Telangana State. With the arrival of the new-born state Telangana, the ROC has revised the state code of existing states falling in its jurisdiction. The existing state code for these companies is ‘AP’. This code has now been updated to ‘TG’ in order to match up to the new jurisdiction which means revision to an entire new set of ROC, a new (read “modified”) CIN number, new version of ROC Forms and some more new interpretation of the incorporation rules.
