As Telangana got cabinet approval for Statehood, Hyderabad’s image in the IT sector got a big boost on Wednesday with the IT giant Oracle announcing that its office in the city would become its biggest outside the United States. Oracle president Mark Vicent Hurd will soon be visiting the state to ink the details. IT minister C.
