Andhrajyothy’s ABN News Channel’s petition in High Court requesting the court to direct Telangana MSOs to restart telecasting it’s channel has been rejected by the Court. The High Court struck down the petition and said it can’t intervene in the businesses of MSOs when there is no law or contract being violated by MSOs actions. The MSOs succeeded in their argument that they are not bound to telecast any particular channel as they don’t have any contracts with any of the channels.
