Can MLA Shankar Rao rename himself after Sonia!?

Congress leaders from Telangana never seem to learn their lessons. After creating the problem in the first place by merging Telangana in 1956 with Andhra, they now want ‘credit’ for carving out Telangana State. While that can be common in politics what is uncommon is what Secunderbad MLA Shankar Rao demanding Telangana be renamed after Sonia Gandhi! Earlier, union minister Balaram Naik said the same. While they want to show their sycophancy, angry Telangana activists have better ideas for these leaders. That is to rename themselves and their family members as Soniamma Bhaktulu! That is easy to do as all they need to do is get a certificate of new name and publish a note in newspapers.

After a 4 year suppression from Congress, Telangana activists think the danger from Congress is far from over and attitude of leaders of Shankar Rao makes it possible.
