Budding State Telangana made it’s mark in UPSC results by scoring all the 3 ranks below 100 scored by Telangana and AP put together. Born in Karimnagar and raised in Hyderabad, Krittika Jyotsna Mishra bagged the 30th rank and topped the Union Public Service Commission civil services exam, 2013, in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The 28-year-old cracked the Civil Services Exam in her 4th attempt. Her father, S.B.L.
