The survey conducted by GHMC confirmed the exact detail of encroachment done by the N-Convention Centre, the high profile function hall near Hi-Tec City in Madhapur, promoted by Tollywood actor Nagarjuna. 3.3 acres of the 6.69 acres occupied by the Centre is public space – from the abutting lake. So half of the Centre is built on encroachment.
