“I am a Hitler and I will be worse than Hitler if need be, to stop illegalities”

CM KCR once again defended his government’s decision to hold a day-long Intensive Household Survey, the Samagra Kutumba Survey, of Telangana residents that is costing the new state Rs. 20 crore, When asked about he being compared to Hitler by some people for his forceful decisions, the CM admitted that he had been called Hitler and he was not ashamed of it. Without mincing words, KCR said “I am a Hitler and I will be worse than Hitler if need be, to stop illegalities,”. The Telangana Government is planning to use the day long survey to plug irregularities in PDS, Pensions and other welfare schemes. The decades long irregularities will cost the newborn State Rs 10,000 Cr an year.

KCR & Chandrababu To Meet On Sunday To Discuss Bifurcation Issues

Governor ESL Narasimhan is taking an initiative to facilitate a meeting between both the Chief Ministers of Telangana and AP on Sunday at Raj Bhavan. KCR and Naidu met at Raj Bhavan on Independence Day Eve on Friday and were seen having a casual discussion. In a follow-up to that meeting, the CMs would meet for the first time at Raj Bhavan on Sunday from 12 noon to 1 pm, specially to discuss the raging differences on several bifurcation issues. Narasimhan being the Governor of both states invited both the CMs to sit across the table and talk on the issues at Raj Bhavan, away from speculation and unnecessary attention. Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has made a big fan of him feel very special, with his kind gesture on Thursday. He fulfilled the wish of a 11 year old boy, who is struggling with a rare heart disease in the Apollo Hospital, by visiting him at Apollo Hospitals, where he is undergoing treatment. Eleven-years old Konda Sharat of Narmetta mandal of Warangal district has been suffering from heart disease since his birth. He was operated upon in 2005 but never quire recovered as the problems resurfaced. His parents admitted him into Apollo Hospital for treatment. Telangana tourism department, in association with the departments of IT, ITES and industries, launched ‘Happening Hyderabad’ campaign with an aim to promote Hyderabad as a truly global and cosmopolitan city.  Telangana government today launched the annual campaign that will focus on year-round events in the city.
