T Bill clearing legal hurdles for winter session!

Amidst all speculation created by mainstream media on whether or not Congress would make it on Telangana, Home Minister Shinde confirmed that the bill will be placed in winter session. The Group of Ministers (GoM) on Telangana on Thursday held a meeting with Attorney General G E Vahanvati and Law Secretary B A Agarwal to discuss legal issues with respect to the Reorganisation Bill, especially with Article 371-D. The GoM already was meeting and preparing the groundwork for division of cadre, assets and resources earlier. While handing most of the those tricky matters to tribunals, the GoM is making a clear administrative preparations to bifurcate AP with the bill in winter session.

The status of Hyderabad continue to be the favorite object of rumors with media as there are enough indications Hyderabad wont be a UT but wont be as it is now either.
