Forms are separate for GHMC and Non-GHMC areas. Below are separate forms. GHMC Forms are available in both English and Telugu for download. These same forms would be used on survey day.
The four page form is designed in English and Telugu separately for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation limits and rural areas. The manual for enumerators and codes for different types of information in English and Telugu separately for GHMC and rural areas were also uploaded.
The form for GHMC is distinct from that of the rural areas in only four respects as it sought information about property tax, water connection to houses, pet dogs and nature of houses – whether residential, semi-residential or commercial. These columns were excluded for rural areas. Every other detail in the household, including information about persons suffering from chronic diseases, movable and immovable assets and bank and post office accounts, was sought. The post office account number was asked, but not the bank account number.

For record purpose not do survey s…..on 1 day its difficult. .and how other state employees will attend. ..for theme railway tickets booking should be done at least 2 months before. How people will attend. …
Please re think and give exclusive for other state people and employees out state.

Is it correct decision taken by Telangana Government that one day survey for Hole State? is Telangana Government thinking about only those who are present in the state? Those who belongs to Telangana but unable to reach on the day of Survey Because of Too much rush in the Telangana Roots because of Survey announcement, all Travels are raise their price, after government announce for the state survey, how common man reached on the day of survey as All Buses and Trains are full or Booked for survey, the person who is having a money power he can reach on the day of survey what about me as poor citizen of Telangana state? How I can reach on the day of survey??
Telangana Government should announce for the special trains with Minimum fare for Telangana Citizens only from all over India.

survey of Telangana form only in one language, is not enough for everyone.Because its easy for who knows Telugu.so its better form should be in English & Urdu also
